Each child should be loved, valued and treated with respect. I also believe that the learning happening at the earlier stages is an integral part of their life. It builds the foundation for future learning.

Therefore, this should be done in a play based where educators taken into consideration each child’s interests to help them to develop physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually.

I believe the dignity and rights and best interests of the child underpins all practice. Their safety, health and wellbeing are paramount, I believe my value and respect for each child’s interests, skills and ideas and view the children as young competent and capable individuals.

I believe the curriculum focuses on the children’s ideas, voices and interests and is reflective of the Early Years Learning Framework to ensure all children are given the opportunity to meet each outcome within the framework.

I believe equity, inclusion and diversity are embedded in practice. Children are given every opportunity to success, and their diverse circumstances, cultural background and abilities are respected and valued.

I find being an educator to be very rewarding. Early Childhood Education has always been an interesting and an important field of study and work in my life. I believe the early years of a child’s life are busy and that their learning is happening all the time.

I also believe that the foundation of learning and interaction that a child receives at a young age greatly impacts their behaviours and learning in the future.

Little Bees Childcare is located on Level 3 of the landmark B1 building, 118 Church Street Parramatta NSW 2150.

We are 100 metres from Parramatta Station and Westfield Shopping Centre.

We have 8 carpark spots accessible in the basement of the building dedicated for parents drop offs and pick ups.
